1. High quality impression at abutment level or directly from the head of the implants in order to produce the master models.
2. Constructing the Master Cast: Pour the dental stone in two phases to avoid analogs displacement created by expansion of the dental stone.
3. Check the master cast for precision.
4. Accurate and detailed stone casts from Provisional Acrylic Prosthesis or an acrylic replica of the provisional prosthesis: The entire construction process for the Malo Ceramic Bridge and the Malo Acrylic Bridge will be based on the provisional acrylic prosthesis; therefore all aesthetic and functional requirements must be recorded, included the precise fit of the prosthesis. The occlusal access screw channels for the prosthetic screws cannot be on the vestibular aspects of the crowns.
5. Digital photos of the occlusal, facial forward, right and left lateral views, all in centric occlusion, should be sent by email to

the lab for review. After evaluation, a return email will instruct on proceeding.
6. Send us by mail or private carrier properly packaged master cast, antagonist (opposing cast), models replicating the provisional acrylic prosthesis and occlusal registration.
7. Include on the laboratory work authorization form the tooth and gingival shade of your choice (VITA shade guide for teeth and Malo gingiva shade guide for gingiva).
